Dear Weather,

If I can't work, I can't raise money to buy food. If I can't raise money to buy food, I will be lacking food. And, seeing as how my rich housemate decided to fuck off in the middle of the worst winter in 30 years, this is an issue! If I lack food, I will be very testy!

This is what I get for spending all my money on clothes and art supplies. Stupid snow.

I am snowed into a half packed house on my birthday and wearing every single one of the socks that isn't already at the new house. Tell me fairy stories about the new house's heating, Serenity. Woo me with warm words. I am too old for this sort of weather. (I made a snow angel in the middle of the road! The road that is NEVER silent! I lay down in the middle of it and didn't die! And I made a snow Hendrix! This is awesome!)

Joss and I are heating beans over a small gas cooker we found. We have quite a few beans and you are welcome if you can get here (although be warned, you probably won't get back.)

The new house has no food, but the heating is incredible. Oh the heating, baby. I was sleeping on top of a heating outlet this morning actually. I avoid the big rooms (they are harder to heat...) but my bedroom is brilliant!

I think I'll head to my mothers' place, though your offer sounds...medieval! If I get marooned there, I'll get motherlove.

If you're cold, Love, you really should find some way to spend the night somewhere else. You could could go see my mothers too!

Yes I'm afraid I wouldn't be very good at the motherlove. I lack a few of the qualifications. I do have a jesters hat made out of newspaper, though, since you said... medieval. Joss wants to do the crossword on my hat. I shant let him.

We're alright love, just chilly. Plenty of warm clothes and little fires, that's us!

I know, sweet Spectre. I'm absolutely aware that I am more than taken care of, no matter what. I'm just quite stroppy it's an issue. I have a bloody job! It's just snowed in! I don't have to pay rent anymore so I went nuts on all these amazing paints and canvases... Oh, the stupid but pretty.
